Monitoring investigations provided further evidence for the contemporary ionic composition of the Krestovka river water. We examine the seasonal concentration dynamics of major ions and biogenous components in the river water. Comparison of the findings with previously published data revealed that the last 50 years saw a dramatic change in ionic composition of water.
